The MOFFETT company, which is part of the HIAB Corporation, revolutionized the retail transportation market by offering in 1986 a truck-mounted forklift that is transported on the back of a truck. In this way, complete independence of cargo operations and avoidance of downtime at loading and unloading sites was ensured. Currently, MOFFETT is the global leader in this segment and covers 80-90 percent of the world market.
